Soframycin Nasal Spray 


Soframycin is a nasal spray, medications used in nose-related patients associated with surgery, infections and allergies. It is also available in Canada via online sites.

Ingredients

Soframycin is a bottled, nasal spray in 15 MMR spray containers. Soframycin consists of three main components:

gramicidin anti-biotic that alters the cation content of bacterial cell walls;
Phenylephrine, which reduces nasal congestion and sinus drainage; and
framycetin that fights bacteria. It also contains water, ethanol and chlorides.




Usage

Soframycin is indicated for patients suffering from rhinosinusitis, colds, colds and patients who have just gone through nasal and
sinus surgery. The spray is not indicated for prolonged use - more than three to five days - as it can cause the fungus to grow in the patient's nose.
The adult dose regulation is two nostrils every four hours, up to six times a day.




Side Effects

Potential minimal side effects include sneezing, dry nose, burning and burning in the nose. More serious side effects were seen with higher dose repetition: Increased blood pressure, insomnia, blurred vision, heart arrhythmias, palpitations and depression of the central nervous system


Interactions

Some patients should not use Soframycin, including children under the age of 2, glaucoma, and MAOI inhibitors. Patients with other ailments are advised to discuss with their doctor before starting to use Soframycin due to possible interactions: Hyperthyroidism, diabetes, hypertension and those with anti-depressants


Soframycin is not available through US pharmacies or medical prescriptions. Discuss your symptoms with your doctor who will offer you a similar medicine for your symptoms. If they are prescribed for the use of Soframycin, it may be obtained from Canada or online pharmacies. Please keep in mind that online pharmacies are not regulated by the US Federal Drug administration and that medicines can be formulated differently.
